Superset services fails to create

Using template for new VPC and running on issue:

CREATE_FAILED The following resource(s) failed to create: [SupersetService, SupersetnodeService, SupersetworkerbeatService, SupersetinitService, SupersetworkerService].
upersetService CREATE_FAILED
SupersetinitService CREATE_FAILED
SupersetnodeService CREATE_FAILED
SupersetworkerbeatService CREATE_FAILED
SupersetworkerService CREATE_FAILED

Happens for multiple locations (N.Virginia, Frankfurt, Stockholm).

Make sure the VPC is public accessible since container inside cluster will pull image and example assets from github and s3 buckets.
