S3 bucket of Account A is not getting listed in account B (On console)

1> Create a bucket with account A with following bucket policy { "Version": "2012-10-17", "Statement": [ { "Sid": "Example permissions", "Effect": "Allow", "Principal": { "AWS": "arn:aws:iam::Account-B-ID:user/<myuser>" }, "Action": "s3:*", "Resource": "arn:aws:s3:::mybucket/*" } ] }

2> Created below policy in account B and attached to one of my user of the account B. Also, I have given admin access to the user as well.

Here, now in account B, I expect that the bucket "mybucket" should get listed. But I see no bucket is available.
