Maintenance: publish Parser utility blog post

Summary

As part of the launch activities for the upcoming Parser utility we need to publish a blog post on the AWS Blog.

This issue serves as a tracking for all the internal activities related to this task.

Why is this needed?

So that we can announce the new utility and publicise it to a wider audience than the one that follows the repository directly.

I'll remove this from the GA milestone as it's the last outstanding item and we don't want to hold up the GA release over it.

We'll publish the blog post after the release as editing/reviewers allow it.

@am29d given our recent improvements to Parser, it could be good to try reviving this thread and see if we can get the post finally published in the coming weeks.

Either way I'm going to close the issue so we can track this internally. If and when it's published I'll update this message with the link of the post.
