Docs: update Middy.js docs with v2 changes

What were you searching in the docs?

The Middy.js docs have a page dedicated to Powertools for AWS Lambda (TypeScript). Our new major version includes changes on how customers use our middlewares so we should make sure that the docs reflect them.

How can we improve?

With v2 becoming available we want customers using the Middy.js documentation to have access to the latest features and info about Powertools.
