is this a valid metric - apiserver_request_latencies_sum

Hi Team,

You have indicated that apiserver_request_latencies_sum & apiserver_registered_watchers are a valid control plane metric. I am not able to see this in my cluster, is this only available is new versions?

Any help will be really useful.

@meetreks Would you be able to share your K8s version? Also what documentation did you follow to set it up? @normalfaults The question is from Essential Metrics page i think. Do you know which version of EKS K8s these metrics are exposed ?

@elamaran11 My EKS version is 1.24. I have used kube-prometheus set up to scrape the metrics and I have also used raw metrics to verify if the metrics has been shared.
