Do ADOT collector generates error or success logs?

Describe the question

I am collecting XRAY traces from my backend application using ADOT collector. My question is there will be cases where ADOT collector is not able to collect/process/export the traces to XRAY. In such failure scenarios do ADOT collector generates logs? If yes is it possible to send those logs to cloudwatch?

Note: Error cases refers to Collector process failure( collection/process/export). I am not referring to backend application errors.

Steps to reproduce if your question is related to an action

• Install ADOT operator on EKS
• Install ADOT collector for XRAY
• Use the sample app for to generate traffic

What did you expect to see?

When operational error occurs I want to send the error logs of the collector to cloudwatch

The only way I was able to think of was to collect log using fluent bit as I am doing with another pods.
