[FEATURE REQUEST] Custom tags to all AFT created resources

Hello

As described here, https://github.com/aws-ia/terraform-aws-control_tower_account_factory/issues/23 AFT does not support custom tags. This is crucial when talking about tags strategy.

Issue was closed with no further comments.

Will that be on backlog ?

Resolving, as this is implemented in AFT 1.14.0.

I recommend installing 1.14.1 or later, as it fixes a bug introduced in 1.14.0 that impacts some customers with VPC disabled.
