Release plan

Hi team,

Is there a plan to release a new version anytime soon? We are hoping to use taskcat with ap-east-2 (support added in https://github.com/aws-ia/taskcat/pull/862), which was merged 1-2 months ago. But since there's no release, that fix is not available to us.
