(gdk): Allow Component Tagging in GDK

Feature Description Currently, there is no built-in functionality within GDK to tag published components. Tagging components would allow developers to categorize, organize, and manage their assets more effectively, especially in large projects with numerous components.

Use Case Integrate a tagging system within GDK that enables developers to assign one or more tags to each published component.
