doc to explain the common conditions ACK controller sets and what each of those mean. Best to autogenerate this doc similar to the API reference

An extension of this issue can be a troubleshooting guide which can talk about:

  1. Issues with a resource: When a customer sees a condition is set, what would be the next step to resolve the issue? This section can also include details for how to fetch controller logs
  2. issues with controller installation and common pitfalls e.g. related to the service account, IAM roles etc

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale. Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close. We could also automate the generation of these documents - since we already have a lot of comments wriitten in aws-controllers-k8s/runtime/apis/core
