EC2 controller - ebs volume

Hello! I'd like to create EBS volumes in programmatic way.
Describe the solution you'd like
Create a separate object in k8s API like EBSVolume. Which will return in status the id of volume to make it available for connection to EC2 instances.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Usage of terraform https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/aws/latest/docs/resources/ebs_volume
Issues go stale after 180d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale.
Stale issues rot after an additional 60d of inactivity and eventually close.
