Route53 controller GA release
Determine exit criteria for Route53 controller GA release and implement them.
For GA I propose we release the following CRDs:
HostedZoneTrafficPolicyRecordSet
This should allow Route53 users to create and manage their domain, DNS records and traffic flow through that domain.
Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale.
Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
If this issue is safe to close now please do so with /close.
