AWS::DirectoryService::ADConnector - New Resource

1. Title -> AWS::DirectoryService::ADConnector

2. Scope of request -> Currently AWS::DirectoryService supports SimpleAD and MicrosoftAD. Support for ADConnector should be added. This is currently supported by the API

3. Expected behavior -> Create should create a new AD Connector, Delete should delete the AD Connector. There is currently no API to Update the AD Connector.

4. Test case recommendation (optional) -> N/A

This should ideally also integrate the sns subscription api call as part of the same resource as an additional monitoring section or topic prop of this resource's props.

3. Expected behavior -> Create should register a topic subscription, delete should de-register it and update should de-register and then register changed topic subscriptions.

Any update on this? We use the Directory Services AD Connector with some frequency, and the lack of CF support is frustrating.

Isn't it a bit embarrassing that Terraform can create these natively, but there's no way to do it in CloudFormation?
