Creating partitioned Iceberg tables via CloudFormation

Description

In https://github.com/aws-cloudformation/cloudformation-coverage-roadmap/issues/1827 was advised how we can use template to create Iceberg table. Nonetheless there is no ability to create partitioned Iceberg table as partitions are hidden in contrast to glue ( Hive) tables.

Hello where are we at at this feature please ? It would be great if we can create iceberg hidden partition from CloudFormation directly, thank you.
