[AWS::Logs::ResourcePolicy] - [Enhancement] - Implement `GetAtt` for the `PolicyName`

Name of the resource

AWS::Logs::ResourcePolicy

Description

Currently AWS::Logs::ResourcePolicy only supports Ref to get the PolicyName. Implementing this would be great.
