[AWS::Logs::LogStream] - [Enhancement] - Implement `GetAtt` for the `Resource Name`

Name of the resource

AWS::Logs::LogStream

Description

Currently AWS::Logs::LogStream only supports Ref to get the Resource Name. Implementing this would be great.
