[AWS::Cognito::UserPoolUser] - [Enhancement] - Implement `GetAtt` for the `User Name`

AWS::Cognito::UserPoolUser

Description

Currently AWS::Cognito::UserPoolUser only supports Ref to get the User Name. Implementing this would be great.
