[AWS::IAM::InstanceProfile] - [Enhancement] - Implement `GetAtt` for the `Resource Name`

Name of the resource

AWS::IAM::InstanceProfile

Description

Currently AWS::IAM::InstanceProfile only supports Ref to get the Resource Name. Implementing this would be great.
