[AWS::ResourceGroups::Group] - [Enhancement] - Implement `GetAtt` for the `Name`

Name of the resource

AWS::ResourceGroups::Group

Description

Currently AWS::ResourceGroups::Group only supports Ref to get the Name. Implementing this would be great.
