fix(Flutter): ':' to '.' in Google services plugin
Description of changes:
Fixed typo in Google services plugin under Android prerequisites. Otherwise customers will receive the following error:
plugin id 'com.google.gms:google-services' is invalid: Plugin id contains invalid char ':' (only ASCII alphanumeric characters, '.', '_' and '-' characters are valid)
