chore: replace 'name' column with 'bucket' and 'folder' columns

Description of changes

• Replace "Name" column with "Bucket" and "Folder" columns
  • "Bucket" contains the bucket name (without s3://), and is not clickable
  • "Folder" contains the folder prefix ("root" if it is a bucket), and is clickable
