Missing UIKit Framework Test Flow for iOS

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When going through the iOS test flow, there is only the option for SwiftUI in the Framework/Language dropdown. The Admin UI should include UIKit as it is the moat popular framework for iOS development and will continue to be relevant for the next 5 years.

Describe the solution you'd like UIKit option from the Framework/Language dropdown that includes relevant code snippets.

Describe alternatives you've considered 🙃
