Hi,

The feature is to support "fluid compute" in Amplify functions, just like Vercel support. Cloudflare also support - pay per CPU time which is even slightly better.

For functions which call AI services like OpenAI, the CPU time is very low, but the I/O time is very long. So currently on Amplify we have to pay for all the duration time which is about 100 X times the actuall CPU time.
