Add copy button to Build and Deploy outputs

Describe the feature

It would be useful to have a copy button for the Build and Deploy output logs. The logs can be quite lengthly, and it is difficult to copy from them manually. Even when doing so, the line numbers are also copied which is unhelpful.

Use case

When there is an error, it is useful to copy the text out to an external editor so that a search and other actions can be performed on the log text.
