Support for Playwright testing framework with Amplify

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, Amplify only supports E2E tests with the Cypress testing framework.

Describe the solution you'd like Extend Amplify's support for E2E tests with other testing framework such as Playwright.
