Feature request: add log configuration and task execution role as input

It would be really useful to be able to have the log configuration and subsequently the task execution role (to be able to perform logging tasks) as input.

This action emits debug logs to help troubleshoot deployment failures. To see the debug logs, create a secret named >ACTIONS_STEP_DEBUG with value true in your repository. IMHO it's not enough - as a DevOps contractor many times I don't have admin access to the repo.
