No Display menu option in OSD menu

The Display menu in my KISS OSD menu is missing. On the top of the OSD it says "Steele PDB v2.5"

You need to flash the config tool

Thanks. I updated the firmware. Can you tell me how to bring up the OSD Config Tool? It displayed once after updating the firmware but I can't figure out how to get back to it.
