Update coordinates

Don't merge yet, some things need changing or discussing.

So, before we can release, and have a proper renamed project, we should try to eliminate as many TeamUnify references in the pom. The source can go later, but the metadata should be correct.

So, should we remove TeamUnify in the <name /> or do you want a different name? https://github.com/awkay/easy-i18n/pull/8/files#diff-600376dffeb79835ede4a0b285078036L11 Personally I think easy-i18n is pretty good already.
