Incorrect data in Export Earnings Report with range includes multiple months

Bug Report

Expected behavior

Export Earnings Report should report correct values when exporting more than one month.

Actual behavior

More than one month contains incorrect values.

In the screenshot, you will see the multiple month numbers are very different compared to the single month exports. screen shot 2018-04-05 at 10 57 35 am

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Export Earnings Report ranging from Jan 2018 - April 2018
  2. Export Earnings Report ranging from Feb 2018 - Feb 2018
  3. Compare the February values in each report.

Information (if a specific version is affected):

PHP Version: 7.1.15

EDD Version (or branch): 2.9

WordPress Version: 4.9.4

Any other relevant information: I confirmed this same behavior on the EDD store.

Let's review this after 3.0 is completed. Very likely that the new reports / data structures in 3.0 will resolve this for us.
