Not sure if this would qualify as a "dataset", and also suspect it won't fit due to criteria 1c at https://github.com/awesomedata/apd-core/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md: Able to be downloaded directly from the linked site, i.e., not barred by login or purchasing

Not sure if that helps, but a simple cURL gives the dataset (given specs of interest, see example on landing page www.blueskyapi.io). No login etc. needed. If that is not enough might consider adding a csv download button in the future.

@rollingwindow In short, better NOT. There are a lot of data behind a service API (with some auth) out there. To simplify the repo list and encourgage the providers to publish data in a data-science friendly way, we made regulation to eliminate these kinds. Thanks
