bug: chromium and electron apps are floating
Description
It was working fine but suddenly it started to do this floating thingy. For example, if I launch a window and then open chromium, it takes the entire place. And if i open another window, the first window stays covered by chromium and third window follows whatever i have declared in awful.layout which is tile/fair. Currently, this issue is only happening with chromium and code - oss working fine for now. but i have seen this on both of these applications before. I have also tried removing the floating client portion, but that didn't help as expected. I have also tried using keybinding to see if I have accidentally clicked on it, but the chromium window stays unresponsive to floating key bindings.
