Consider Spout support for faster video frame sharing.

In my case I want to capture audio visualizations from Milkdrop and use HyperHDR to send the data via USB to a rp2040 running HyperSerialPico.

Milkdrop can share it's rendered frames via a spout. Would it not be great if HyperHDR would let me pickup that spout for processing. It would shave a lot of time off the lag
