Windows 8.1 not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It does not work on win 8.1
2. Since my pc is old 2 finger scroll is only hope I have
3. I'm looking forward to it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Please make it windows 8.1 compatible
