Read-only mode

We should detect when a key is read-only and not allow local editing when that is the case. We can make this a checkbox in settings, actually, which would let people turn off editing to put Zandy in browse-only mode at times.

Detecting read-only keys, won't be entirely trivial, but I think attempting to create and delete a test item would be a safe approach.
