AVR-1062 Server Setting, Custom Stat Roll, Number of Stats setting does not save changes

What is the bug?: Server Setting, Custom Stat Roll, Number of Stats setting does not save changes. Severity: Medium (minor functional impact) Steps to reproduce:

1. run !server_settings
2. click Custom Stat Roll Settings
3. click Set Number of Stats
4. enter any allowed number besides 6
5. click back
6. click exit
