Redirect back to the previous tab when navigating back from a resource link

Feature

When you're on a record on a specific tab (second tab), and you click on a link to an association, when you click the back button, it would be a better experience if that tab were in focus. In focus, meaning the page is scrolled to that particular tab group, and the second tab is selected.

Approach

I don't have any specifics here because I haven't tried to make this work yet. Open to ideas.
