Error opening in Android Studio 3.1.2 with gradle.

Could not find method google() for arguments [] on repository container.

Tried to add google() method in Project build

allprojects {
    repositories {
        jcenter()
        google()
    }
}

Update Android Studio . Goto File->Project Structure->Project and update Change GradleVersion to 4.4 and AndroidPluginVersion to 3.1.2 And you'll be done !

Thanks, it did work I was updating it through Project Build directly didn't work at that time

Hello, Can you help me to make some small codes. I will pay you for that. I am designer and not programmer, my apps using template from other in github. Some of my apps now reach almost 100mb which is i have no ideas how to expand it so Google allow me to continue update my apps (>100mb). I am hope you understand what i mean. I am ready to pay if you help me.

I updating my apps at playstore everyweek but now each of my apps now reach 95MB which mean i am not able to update them if they reach 100MB. Currently i am using dashboard which free from github but i have no ideas how to add the codes for my problem.

I hope you understand what i mean. I am ready to pay if you can fix my problem.
