cant open app in iOS 13.1 simulator

I'm using [custom schemes] and am testing on my [iOS Simulator, Android Emulator], which is running [iOS13.1, Android 9: Pie].

in android all things ok but in ios 13.1 simulator in safari when click redirect to app nothing happen....
