Document OTel context propagation

OTel context propagation using this module requires some modifications to the mule application code. Due to the restrictions in the runtime, auto-propagation cannot be supported (eg. #12). To help users, review and document the context propagations when using modules such as HTTP Request, Anypoint MQ, JMS etc.
