PHP implementation

Hello everyone!

It would be great to have examples for PHP, right? I know it's mentioned here https://github.com/avinassh/grpc-errors/issues/4, but I want to make things move!

Unfortunately I don't know PHP, does someone knows how it works or have found an example on the internet ? (I did not)

Hey, I don't know PHP either. So I will keep this issue open and I hope someone with knowledge of PHP responds
