[Feat]: Default image for Contributors

In the contributors list there comes irregularity if there is no image of the contributor, and it doesn't look nice.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I would like to add default image if there is no image, to maintain the regularity and make it look good.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

We can try professional image or some sticker too.
