Aim

Make an income tax calculator with the details provided by the users which can give you which regime is better for you - old or new and can tell you how much you have to pay for taxes.

Details

The user input will contain the following options -

  • Salary (Basic + DA + Other Allowances + HRA + Bonus)
  • Income from other sources (Business + Profession + Capital Gains + Other Sources)
  • Eligible HRA exemption
  • 80C and 80CCD
  • Standard Deduction
  • Professional Tax
  • 80D, 80DD and 80DDB
  • 80E, 80EEA and 80EEB
  • 80G, 80GG, 80GGA and 80GGC
  • 80TTA and 80TTB
  • 80U
  • Section 24(B)
  • Food Coupons
  • Other exemptions

User will get a detailed CSV of taxation under old regime and new regime. Please assign me as GSSOC @avinashkranjan
