Unhandled Error with Single Team

My friend and I are used to playing Fishbowl without teams, so we tried assigning everyone to the same team.

When we started the game, we all went to a blank white screen with no indication of what went wrong. We had to start a new game and type all of our clues again.

It makes sense if this implementation can't support a single team. I'd suggest preventing the host from starting the game when one team has no players, and/or showing an error message if a team has no players. Regardless of this issue, it should show a generic error message when there's an uncaught exception.
