[Feature] - Project selection dropbox

Hi, I think it would be nice to have a dropbox with different projects so you can browse them directly from the web. Create .toodles.yaml in user $HOME and specify all local projects you'd like to browse. Then just start toodles from whatever directory (or even on startup) and you can always check more projects for TODOs.

In that user-global .toodles.yaml the user could even specify other TODO keywords to handle, like fixme?

I think I'll opt to leave this open to track the project selection aspect, I think it's a good feature to add
