Feature request: more information in `av tree`?

It seems currently av tree shows me my stack of PRs in order. I'd like to be able to see which parts of the stack have been approved and which parts haven't been approved. Currently I need to manually click on each PR to check its approval status.

Alternatively, I'm also happy to get this info in the GH PR description itself (i.e. all the PRs in the stack being auto written into the GH PR description, in order, with their statuses and some visual marker for which one I'm currently on).
