Feature Request: No duplicates

It would be nice, to have an option to avoid identical clips being added to clipjump.

Copying an item, which is already available within Clipjump, should not be done if this option is enabled . Else the existing item should be moved to the top off the paste queue (first item when pressing CTRL-V).

This helps avoiding the clipjump channels being pestered and blown up with duplicate items.

Would you please be very careful with the feature “No duplicates”. I often copy the X,Y coordinates of the points using Clipjump. The coordinates are often the same (duplicate). The feature “No duplicates” will destroy the correct sequence of X,Y coordinates and cause irreparable errors. I think there are still many people that the feature “No duplicates” will cause problems. Again, please be very careful with the feature “No duplicates”.

No duplicates should be implemented as an option - so everyone could choose behaviour according to its own flavour
