Allow to specify the order of fields

Not all fields of a category are equally important. Allow to mark some as "important"; those will always be displayed before the rest.

Alternatively, allow to reorder fields manually.

I've also been thinking to hide empty fields or move them to the bottom but I'm not sure whether that makes the UI too "restless" because the user will have to hunt for fields all the time.
