Create links for titles of articles

Inevitably, you'll give things in your world distinct names (people, places, special items).

When such a word (or the whole title) is used in a text (description, etc), then it should

a) become a clickable link to go to the article b) be added as an automated connection to both articles ("mentioned in 'Short Bio')

If the word is deleted, then those connections should automatically vanish as well.

This would take care of many of the connections between things without having to manually manage them.

For character names, each unique part of the name should become a link and all of them together.

So if you have a character John Doe, "John", "Doe" and "John Doe" in any text will become links. If there is also a "Jane Doe", "Doe" needs special handling.

The simple solution is that "Doe" becomes a word like any other and loses its power.

The more powerful solution is that when you hover on "Doe", the app shows a list of "John Doe" and "Jane Doe" from which the user can select to navigate there.

I'm not sure how that would work with automated connections, though. Maybe you can add types of automated connections ("unique" and "ambigous").

Another option would be a wiki-like markup where you can type "[Doe|John Doe]" or something but that feels like overkill.
