How to use application as PSI/SI generator server

Hi, sorry for my noob question.

can you gude me the process for using this application only for PSI/SI server and EPG generation. no where i am able to get the guide for opencaster usage and procees to install and use the commands.

sorry for my noob question, as i am new to dvb and all i wanted to use this for my digital headend.
