Lost Bet's Board

Would be nice to have a bord or some other way of taking notes of who has to pay a beer to who, and for what period.

Things to take into consideration:

• the time each member entered the bet (should't verify old posts of a member if he/she hadn't entered at the given time)
• What should be done in the case of old members (the ones that are no longer part of the bet)? Just ignore them?
